Another fun week went by...
We started off our Monday with our last music class. Someone really wanted to wear their shirt with the tie, until we got ready to load into the stroller. They chickened out to wear it for the day, but looked mighty cute still!
And since Aiden put on a matching shirt of Andrew's, I just had to match them!!! If only I remembered to take a picture of the two of them together before we changed;)
We loved our last music class, played like crazy in the gym with our friends, and got some library books all before heading home for lunch! Our afternoon was spent just hanging around the house, including a welcome drawing for Daddy at the door!
On Tuesday, Aiden headed off to preschool while the little bug, Andrew, and I stayed home to catch up on some stuff around the house. My organizational mind got the best of me and I spent part of the time cleaning up my spice cabinet...
We spent the afternoon playing around the yard, spotting airplanes, and just having fun...
We had an Easter library story time on Wednesday:) Aiden is really into story time right now, he role plays being a librarian like five times a day!!!! In the afternoon, we headed over to a friend's house for playtime and dinner where the boys were in car and truck heaven!!!!!!!!! It's always fun to get around some new toys;)
We had a rough start to Thursday! Andrew woke up with a very high fever so it was off to sick call at the doctor early in the morning while Chris stayed home to help get Aiden ready for school. Basically, Andrew has some MAJOR teething going on (about six molars at once) that could cause his very irritable mood/high fever or he could have caught a little virus. The doctor said just to wait it out and hopefully it will get better soon!!! I rushed home to get Aiden off to school, Chris headed off to work, and Andrew and I just hung around the house. It was a typical day around home with a VERY cranky child, but we were lucky to have Chris arrive home a little early to spend some extra moments with us!
Despite his major crankiness, someone was still very excited to see the garbage truck on Friday!
Since Andrew was still under the weather, we spent a low key morning at home. And even did a little painting...
After our nap time, we were lucky to have one of my high school/college/best friends come to visit from DC, Olivia! Thank goodness she tolerated my sweet, but loud and wild children, and she even claims that will come back to visit soon so we must have not scared her away too much!!!!!!! We had a great weekend which involved some shopping, running, and just hanging around. It was perfect:)
