I'm not giving up on my mission to catch up and document all of our fun days in this house! Thanksgiving was a low-key holiday in this house...just the four of us and one of my closest friends, Olivia, joined us for a fun weekend celebration!!!!!
Call me crazy---but I still cooked up the full Thanksgiving dinner: turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, stuffing, homemade rolls, green bean casserole, and some jello salad! And of course a cherry pie for dessert;)
It was the perfect way to spend Thanksgiving...a family run and Macys Thanksgiving Day parade in the morning, cooking all afternoon, and feasting at night!
The best part about holidays is having Daddy at home to join us...
Trust me, I will be caught up soon and I'm hoping that January brings me a few dull moments, before the next rush of life begins. It has just been one crazy second half of the year around here. Posts to come: Andrew's birthday, Aiden's birthday, all of our Christmas traditions, Christmas celebration, the boys started sharing a room, and more! Today marks a big day in this house...Aiden said good-bye to his pacifiers. Let's hope for smooth sailing. I'm still waiting for this non-stop kid to fall asleep tonight and it's 9:15 pm...he's been up since 6:00 am. And I just hit the third trimester with our baby girl...seriously, where has the time gone?!?!
So as you can see, we are never in a dull moment in this house. Off to catch my few moments of peace before I hit the bed myself!
