Catching Up!

It has been SOOOOO long since I have updated our blog---and yes, I have not forgotten about it, but there are SO many reasons why I got behind.  Family visits, summer day laziness, Chirping Moms blogging, lots of housework, and more and more and more!  

But instead of listening to all my excuses, I have compiled a bunch of pictures from the month of August that will be coming to you all week!  So stay tuned, lots more to see...

 This little rugrat wouldn't sleep in bed.  It was penguin's bed tonight while Aiden slept on the floor.  If anyone has any tricks on how to get a three year old to sleep like a champ, please share them with us!  He has been a bear at bedtime!

So I have to share some sweet pictures that I have of the boys together!  As they are starting to get older, they are playing more and more together.  And the sibling bond is growing stronger by the moment.  Yes---we do have our share of squabbles, craziness, and chaos---but I love watching these two together!

I can't believe that it is September already!!  We were sad to depart from a week with MeMe Ruff yesterday---we had so much fun hanging with Grandma.  And we also had a fun beginning to Labor Day weekend as we headed down to my sister's to spend some time with them (and drop my mom off;!)  Pictures to come sometime...

So we are saying good-bye to pool weather, swimsuits, HOT sunshine, and the end of my garden picks!  September brings another BUSY month!  G and G Rogers are heading out, Aiden starts preschool, I'm hoping to run a garage sale with our endless amounts of clutter, and The Chirping Moms are staying BUSY with our blog this month!!!!!!!  SO much to do, yet loving every minute:)  Stay tuned for more and more updates!

And I can't believe that this sweet guy is going to turn four soon!!!!!!!!!!!  He is one busy, busy, busy three year old---always something up his sleeve:)

Just Andrew...

We just LOVE our sweet little bug SO much!  It's funny when people ask me his age---as my first response is 18 months.  But lo and behold, he hits 21 months at the end of this month and is getting closer to two by the day.  Time is flying, but we love our days together!
