Before summer ends, I want to share a little sneak peek into our ordinary summer days.
Nothing out of the ordinary, these are just everyday moments…
Abby loves when Aiden reads to her before nap time (& often prefers him over me!). Here they are cuddled together in her makeshift bed, in her barely unpacked room. Poor girl, I still have boxes in here & it's been over two months since we lived here. As soon as school starts, her room is one of the first for me to get working on!

One of our favorite things to do now that we live in walking distance from downtown is walk down to have dinner & play. This spot is one of their favorite places to play. There's an old train caboose near there

Two blocks away is one of our favorite parks in our town. It's like the park of lost toys. Everyone brings all their old toys here to play. It's one of our favorites & we love being so close now!
This summer, we have tried to take a few minutes of one on one time with each kid each week. It's tough in the summer with all three kids home all day, but it's one of their favorite times. Aiden always picks to play board games!
While Aiden was at camp, it was time to catch up on a few errands including groceries:)

I love this picture because this is her absolute favorite outfit. Everytime she picks out her clothes, this is the outfit. This is purple tank that I got on clearance last year for her (super cheap!) & this My Little Pony skirt that was passed down from someone, I don't even know who!
