On our way back from North Carolina, we made a visit to my sister Jill's house in PA! We had a fabulous time and Aiden loved spending some time with his cousin, Jack.
Jill and I started Saturday morning trying to see if there were any good garage sales-we found one and I found some new toys and clothes for a total of five dollars! After we returned with donuts in hand, the two of us took the babies to Gymboree where Jack goes to a baby class. Lo and behold, Aiden LOVED it (I might have to find one of these classes for Aiden to do soon)!!!!! He was climbing all over the equipment, loved the parachute, and of course, they had his favorite...BUBBLES!!!! After nap time, we set up their new baby pool. Aiden splashed all around until Chris turned on the mini-sprinkler that was attached to the pool and scared the little bug so much that swimming was done for the day! Jack had no idea what to think of the water at first, but once he was in, he was a SPLASH king. We finished the day with some delicious food-hamburgers, pasta salad, fruit, and smores.
On Sunday, we ventured over to the miniature golf course in the sunshine. Aiden loves running around the course, dropping the ball in the hole, and attempting for another hole in one. Believe it or not, my sister Jill beat me (no surprise if you know my putt-putt skills) and both of the men!!!! Yeah Jill:) We headed home later in the day for a fun Memorial Day at home.
